Guess the good news is they are not niave to the reality that if they manage to make the major inroads they hope to with the company in the US defence market there is a real risk to be target for potential takeovers. So pleased they are taking protective measures (whatever they are). There is so much money (profit) floating around in the defence sector, Lincoln would not be the only suitor !! The best defence is getting going with the sales, put a fire under the share price and set a trajectory where it needs to be a huge premium to convince shareholders.
