thank you to you all for your wisdom. i dont want to deflate your hopes as the source is not one from within any influential circles. It is from a friend who owns a restaurant, with whom a client has told him about this stock being a potential takeover target. I dont know anything about the company and its pure hearsay. i am just now starting to research balance sheets, annual reports, and will look to information from others on here. I will post anything that i find of interest to share. I will do due diligence and then invest. will let u know when i join your happy team. lift the spirits. i know my source is not solid, but this guy has a way of getting good opportunities in the past, so im looking into this one with much interest.
