Probably sour grapes from GOR. I’m sure they wanted to keep an interest in the project and NST/DEG have said no.
why GOR never asked for a seat on the board I’ll never know and if they had played a more active role things might be different.
now it’s going to be harder for GOR management to justify their own existence or allow goldfields to wipe them out
