If we’re not taken over by Q1 next year, the company will face significant challenges. The Samsung deal once seemed highly appealing, but with every new round of fundraising, the dilution makes it less so. I’ve been invested since the company had just 200 million shares on issue, and I’m tired of hearing about deadlines or timelines at PGY. For three years now, the “big milestone” has always been promised for next month, only to arrive late and over budget every single time.
