in my opinion, there are only three reasons to peg the price like this
- either you’re trying to make a takeover offer at three cents or something like that, and you know the company is worth much more , or you are
- wanting to put a placement in at .7c, or you are
- investor God and you want to make sure this is low, so when you start promoting, everybody will say he is the Guru!
