GOR is in an interesting position if there is a bidding battle for DEG.
NST's move today will shake out other potential bidders.
And if that occurs then GOR with its 17.3% of DEG may become a target to a party that's interested in DEG.
Even if this does not occur, NST might want to take over GOR just to secure its DEG shares.
