In the event that the company's shares are sold it is usually at the Board's discretion as to whether her bonuses and options are vested. I'm tipping they will be.
'I think you're on the right track Barry. CS has a big swag of Options and performance bonuses which would take years to vest. If the company was sold, at the board's discretion the bonuses may be vested. Larry Diamond shows little interest in sitting it out waiting for some sort of magic to happen short of what already has. All the company's senior management is domiciled in Sydney and it would be a stretch to imagine their excitement at being sent to the US. I reckon CS bonuses and the fact she does not own any shares is the key'
