i guess your main concern about e options being converted is the dilution of SH value??


as mentioned before, half of that 80mil options are held by ADO chairman.

1. if he does convert, wouldnt that positive vote of confidence offset that ~10% dilution??

2. in addition, there will be 5.2mil cash for ADO to last another 2-3years without CR.




i guess at this stage, it is better to buy and hold ADO while we wait for the next agreement before reassessing.
