Expiry 30/11/2024- 2 million RSUs vesting and converted to ordinary shares with a value of $520k USD + and income of $450k USD, for total income of $970k, paying 37% tax or $359k USD tax bill.
On market sale value of approx 1,017,000 @ $0.26 per share. Or $264k USD
$359k USD tax - $264k USD = $95K shortfall.
Unless Sean has $95k USD in income reduction somewhere somehow.
In any case with these layman (probably incorrect) figures, he seemingly hasn't covered his tax obligations solely through share sales of 1,017,000 @ $0.26 per share. Or $264k USD
