Ignoring the smarter comment, because I am truly a zero around this thread.
I created this graph (Python) based on the Phase 2b trial. For p = 0.049, the letter improvement is approximately 2.52 letters, which makes some sense. However, since COAST has a significantly larger sample size of 998 compared to 366 in Phase 2b, logically suggests that in COAST, it would take around 1.5 letters to reach p = 0.05. So, 1.5 to 2.5 letters would IMHO be p=0.05.
More than happy to be corrected or called an idiot.
