Yep! Risk management and position sizing is key in this game.
If you have great risk management, then picking stocks can be as simple as throwing a dart at the wall, cut the losers quickly and let the winners run, sounds simple!
Another note on your comment, I assume it's only a simple example but you probably shouldn't have 20% of your account in a single position.
