The bigger disruption will be novel enrichment technology working backwards into the supply chain using waste tails - more economic than mining and solves a major waste issue. See Global Laser Enrichment and ASX:SLX.
I was invested in PEN in late 2020, traded it positively over two years, but then gave a fair bit back when they dropped the ball in risk assurance and forgot to nail down the supply of a critical resin for their production, which put production back 18 months and stuffed their cash situation and caused dilution. They have missed the main boat. Will still do ok, but I would think being acquired might be the best outcome.
