CS gets about $1 mil in cash each year from memory and has bought very very few shares, but she has performance bonuses and options which would make your eyes water IMO - tens of millions, but they are forward dated to be vested over the next several years.
She won't be going IMO - it would literally cost her a fortune because they would be cancelled upon her resignation, failure to renegotiate her contract or sacking - that is how it goes.
If the company sells its shares, then it is at the discretion of the current board as to whether she gets her options and bonuses paid out. I would be prepared to have a bet on the answer being in the affirmative
