Dilution by 7.65 million each quarter Or about 2.5ish million per month.
Don't forget the 10% placement capacity that will likely be utilized before AGM in mid 2025 or immediately after..

Paid in cash per quarter - $176K
Paid in shares worth when price is 6 cents = 7.65mil x 6 cents = a cool ~460K
Of course, it relies on the hypothesis that this needs to triple for that value paid in fees to triple.

But if they only take the salary, of course the salary cannot be tripled as it is already agreed upon in remuneration.

So between now and mid of 2025 - a certain pump may be required for a very short time to get this approval from SH.
Good way to triple,quadruple or even exponentially increase the salary in a very short time frame.
