Good points and observation of how like FA versus TA , TA intraday versus TA longer term can also differ. I usually apply a premium or discount factor to my TA to account for some singular factors but at present there are far too many variables for me to clear gauge daily TA leading into 2025 and the official appointment of Trump. The world is a much bigger place than the ASX. We see this in traded volumes during a rebalance and we see post a USA market holiday. Happy to partially re-allocate funds to more heavily intraday trade those stocks with US earnings exposure for now until some of this uncertainty resolves. This is pretty much in line with your 4 - 6 month base case. Stay safe. My opinion only of course!
