Yes, the fact that the 2 big-holding Board members have not acquired shares as you state, especially, imo, when they could have unconditionally taken up shares in the recent Rights Issue, sends a sign to the shareholders and the market in general that they do not want to acquire more shares. Why? We can only speculate, but whatever the reason or reasons, the fact is that objectively it shakes others' confidence in the welfare of the company.
