You are not alone in voting NO to these 'give-away' options with this low exercise price.
But will this be enough.
Unfortunately, too few retail shareholders get off their butt. They take the easy way and fail to return the voting proxy forms.

Personally, I am not against a sensible employee option strategy, BUT such options must have a meaningful exercise price attached to them.
......and such options should not be a reward for past failures - e.g. meeting deadlines etc.
