thanks for your responses,I allso am considering topping up on the higher side off my portfolio now waited at 10% may consider up to 15%.not normally this risk adverse but like most off you very confident with this one.Hartlys allso very confident here in perth.Imust say im getting rather froffy at the mouth could get that new bike after all,only been waiting 3 years.Mind you as my better half said you could have bought an apartment 3 years ago and be down 200k.
