I did allude to this before the CR if you pay up front you are locked in, especially if they extend the deadline as previous, it's wasting money sitting on the sidelines whilst the sp goes under the offer, this is gameplay, happened so many time before.
In all sincerity, I know this thread hates my commentary but it is done to educate and inform about how these spec companies stay afloat. After 15 years have you learned anything?
