Why hasn't Angus Sullivan as head of CBA's retail bank had his regulatory approval in Australia revoked and why has CBA not received a significant penalty for the Complete Access Retail Bank fiasco?
It is surprising CBA has not sacked this Angus Sullivan and even worse that the banking regulators in Australia have not banned Angus Sullivan from holding an executive position in banking.
