I think it has - its broken the long term high downtrend and has had some significant moves up. There has been a couple of announcements of significance to provide some catalysts for SP upward momentum. It is up by 35% on the price since the previous September post on this thread.
However, I am interested in the view of those such as yourself @slick as I am not a charting expert.
