If the finances are needed for BFS, FEED etc, it’s interesting that the 3rd & 4th tranches are subject to the approval of the Resettlement Management Plan by the government.
If GBE is keeping to there timelines l would assume that the resettlement plan is either being negotiated presently or beginning of Q1’25.
