Chance of a funding announcement this year is very low even the reserve announcement is dragging on, at best mid jan. Most likely q1 2025cy. However, Track record suggests they will miss 20/1 and then have to wait the 6-10weeks for the new administration to settle in before FID can be made… high probability 16.5, low chance but still possible 9.5-12.5 before next run up starts.
