Today, tickerspy.com (a widely-read, free, stock-market-focused website) announced the initiation of a new stock index tracking rare earth mining stocks, including Molycorp (MCP), Rare Element Resources (REE), China Shen Zhou Mining (SHZ), and Avalon Rare Metals (AVL) -- BUT NOT LYSCF.
