Over the past 18 months we just had the mother of all property booms. The market has a pause so everyone can catch their breath and all of a sudden people are crying out that a bubble is going to burst lol.
Any sign on price weakness in the property market will see investors come out swinging and forcing prices back up. The stock market is no friend of those aged 45+
