recent/medium term lurker and first time poster
3 certainties in life; death, taxes and mgmt of small cap companies taking big time payouts with sweet FA in results eating up valuable runway. small cap companies really need to allign mgmt to LONG TERM Incentives and Pay-Packets. They will have livable wages still but why is our mgmt team thinking they are at the level of CSL... Look in the mirror gents.
