    Yeah but costumers that want zircon dont want Monazite and customers that want Monazite for REE dont want zircon,

    So it makes it not attractive to buy it to make radioactive ceramic coatings, and not attractive for REE.

    Thats the issue when you sell a blend. you need to try and seperate it,

    Here is a pure titanium play so simplifies it in a way
