if you did not email FMB then there would have been no annoucement; and that is because LDX is confused by the whole 'be a normal ASX company' thing
If they did not know what YOU knew and published, then they are negligent (or stupid) if they KNEW, and they did not publish two days ago, and price sensitive announcement then they have broken the law (or are just stupid)
note the term that covers any scenario is stupid
