Being an HLX shareholder is undoubtedly challenging. You're right—having skin in the game, as ACTA does, shows confidence in the company's potential. It also creates urgency in driving progress toward shared goals. In my opinion, given ACTA's significant investment so far, it seems they are playing a patient game to gain control of the company. Now that the board remains unchanged, a key question arises: if ACTA eventually gains board representation, how might this impact the Bryah Basin acquisition? Additionally, how long do the conditions surrounding the unchanged board apply?
