Noone is actually "singing his praises" here. But no need to slander him either.
A2 workover has been delayed by the extended hurricane season in the Gulf, which has rendered some of the local roads impassable. The rig had been confirmed as being in the country. The chemicals and supplies were confirmed as being on their way (and based on the shipping times from Canada and Mexico - the two confirmed sources - should now be on-site or very nearby). It is a matter of days (maybe less?) before the company informs us that work has commenced on the A2 workover. Similarly, the roads to Pad2 should now be operative and the company should be in the process of commencing pad works. I am punting that the next annoucement will provide us with confirmation of this. Tankers were also undergoing some upgrades.
What we also need is some clarity re sales/agreements/financing.
