Anyone on this blog that purports to know if and when the JV will be signed is absolutely lying. No one knows!! Only the Executives at FBR know. They would be keeping everything under wraps!! As a long term holder, I believe that the JV has at least an 80% chance to be signed!! How did I come to that number?
1) 9 builds completed
2) 1 completed in 1 day
3) FBR hiring production line staff
4) Directors buying shares
5) FBR’s videos are now top notch lol
6) Faith in the PIvacs drive to be successful
7) Builds survived hurricanes
