thanks everyone for clarifying which was a litte confusing as to what was outstanding, talga’s note said open for December as opposed to 13/12. Anyhow one more week to see if another appeal arrives, then we wait for the ministry to review. We are being told while all this appealing process is in place that offtakes and financing carries on regardless, why then if this is not deterring project progress why is the SP in such dire straits?
