My opinion is he has tipped in a Million dollars on top of his previous investment, he owns circa 11% of CHM , he has roped in some close friends and acquaintances for the last desperate CR.. I'd say the Million / 20% of the raise was hurt money required for the others to chip in.
CHM and IMU are intrinsically entwined with Funders deep in both camps.
CHM has now demonstrated complete response in 2 cases , if the data had been poor it would make folding up camp and sliding off into the History books simple,," Market didn't understand" "Funding was difficult" " data was poor" but with complete response and one has been cancer free for 4 years now.
Plus many here wrote to ASIC regarding the "Broadcasting of the CR" one of the longest I've ever seen ,, around 3.2c then Management just watched the SP erode to 1.4c before being placed in suspension "Which ASIC are fully aware of" then the criminally low discount with a free option?
Market Cap clearly shows Managements ability or Reflects the amount of effort applied to CHM with what we called 20 years ago a "Cure" complete Response, not a singular Cancer Cell Detected.. all for under $7m... ????
This Company will be sold in my opinion to IMU... for script but take it from me ASIC are aware of the current position of CHM and exactly how it has arrived sub 1c.. NZT
Maybe now if Management are smart they will realise they are being monitored closely and start to promote and add SH Value.... because at present you can buy a Listed Oncology Company that has had circa $80m of Venture Capital poured into it and its valued at $7m .... CHM is either a Dead cat in a box or Rebecca has a Tiger by the Tail... up to SH to wait it out or sell at a loss,,, and anyone selling at todays SP is at a a loss....
