Accumulating performance rights is often made easier if you are part of the process in setting the kpi’s…..or friendly with those who set them.
To me, maintaining shareholder value, through increasing share price, reducing dilution, producing dividends etc should be just as important kpis as anything else.
Simply keeping a company afloat while share price dies in the arse is not a kpi i’m happy to reward somebody for.
