If MR is going to US and conference is next Tuesday I would not expect a NASDAQ announcement prior to then so SP might drift tomorrow and Monday and then start to climb on Tuesday (Australian time) ahead of the conference.
This assmes we have met all the criteria for Nasdaq and confirmation of listing has been given
