Mike...Question, do you think it will not be a success for PIE unless ALL payphones are replaced with Webphones?

From a vandalism viewpoint, wouldn't it be better to leave existing payphones in unsecured areas and install webphones in airports etc. Thus meeting Telstra's requirement to provide public payphones, while reaping the more lucurative benefits from Webphones, all the while looking sexy for Telstra's image?
