    CXZ buyback strategy is to offset shares issued for Staff alignment/loyalty and improving the companies EPS through share count reduction. They cover this in the July 2022 quarterly update under the heading Capital Management. I'm happy for them to continue buybacks and prefer this option than paying a dividend or burning capital on empire building.
