re: Ann: Otto Secures Drilling Rig for Leyte ... boysy i'm fairly sure oel have show an intent and begin the process to drill SC55 (presumedly hawkeye with or without BHP) by july this year. What that means is at least put the drilling process in motion by that date, which in reality as evidenced by SC51 and Duhat1 which was supposed to be drilled by dec 2010 may not amount to actual drilling till several months later. I was made to believe that BHP will make their decision well in advance of this july date as to not disadvantage oel and leave oel plenty of time to make alternate plans should they bow out. My guess is a BHP decision b4 the end of Feb 2011 ?
