As you said, the difference in their market cap explains everything. I also don't think it's plausible to compare the companies, but I think it is a good example to tell you that you cannot judge a company based on a single metric, i.e. the debt. You looked at multiple measures to judge how good VISA is better than ZIP, but you cannot simply say VISA is worse than ZIP because of its higher debt, right? If you can use a fair way to judge or comment on a company, you won't be criticised.
