this is 100% the final "friends and family" deal..... directors actually putting in their own money and sparta dropping another 2 million, with mystery sophs for another 3 million.
While we retail are definitely getting screwed again, i doubt we'll care once post EPA...... and on that, clearly they are confident with the terms and conditions presented by the EPA as none of these vampires would actually risk their own money.
expect EPA progress very shortley to back stop this and allow them all to make a pretty penny.
Sparta is a different story though, they are playing a long game here.... now the owner of 12%+ of a minnow sand miner in WA..... what do they know that we don't.
5 million will be enough to see us through to proper financing and commence build out within the formal offtakes which will come by jan/feb. Alot of blood letting and misery for the faithful that was definitely not worth it, but finally on our way. I think its mostly stockholm syndrome for me now... i'm thankful to my captors for only torturing me and not killing me.
