Quite amazing, isn’t it? They’re claiming that when they take a financial position up or down in ZIP stock somehow doesn’t count as actually taking a position. How can I hold a financial position in ZIP stock and not say "not held". They seem to have plenty of time to post 20-30-50 times a day, but bizarrely not 1 second to spare time to flip the flag on HC?
Squaring circles, anyone? If they stand to gain or lose based on the stock’s price, they should obviously be declaring it on HC. But no, instead, we get the bizarre contradiction of "never had and never would own ZIP" while also admitting to trading it multiple times a day. Brilliant.
Surely, the moderators should take a closer look—this seems like a pretty clear breach of HC’s Terms of Use. This is not a mistake but intent.
Or are we just redefining that rules are exclusively the domain ZIP long holders?
