I am in the top 20 club also ;)
I have held SUR for a long time (years) but have averaged up before SPUD.
I have emailed them asking what news of Europe. I have had no response as yet.
I would say there is MOST definitely no pricing factored in for Europe. ;)
SUR's past track record is irrelevant when they are not an operator in this one. CVN have a proven history but granted not as an operator... ;)
Experience nonetheless...
My fingers are crossed but I perceive the risk to be relatively small compared to others "out there".
