THE MEETING STRESSED THAT CHINA WILL IMPLEMENT A MORE PROACTIVE FISCAL POLICY AND MODERATELY LOOSE MONETARY POLICY NEXT YEAR.CHINA WILL ALSO VIGOROUSLY BOOST CONSUMPTION AND EXPAND DOMESTIC DEMAND ON ALL FRONTS.

Would be nice for Syr to drop some positive news- reckon our graphite will start to get in demand with US/UK Vs China minerals.
Our graphite becomes quite important= SP should start to run shortly! And then put in a sustained rise!
