I would recommend that the board offer the shortfall to all shareholders who participated in the SPP.
The SPP shortfall window is open for 3 months from yesterday.
This allows enough time for the Life and EV orders to come in,
This will reward the faithful and those that regardless of the past still supported the company.
This will patch up relations with SH.as a goodwill gesture.
