the number of shares issued as disclosed in both the audited annual reports and the quarterly ASX notices is the TOTAL number of shares.
There can not be any more or any less..simple as that
As to where they are traded doesnt matter one bit
(Not dissimiliar to shares that are escrowed..they cant be traded for a certain period but they still exist)
