let's assume a soph participated to the tune of 51m FPO.... that'll cost them circa $4.6m.
once new shares hit registry, they'll possibly start dumping them ...even as low as .094 or 095. A paltry but quick $150k profit, circa 3%, in under a week.
then harvest the options without having any skin in the game.
If all goes well and SVL rises to circa 14c (20% over SP at COT on Thursday) in 18 months, their app 17m options have a currency of $340k.
so a highly possible $500k on your $4.5m, but with minimal risk by exiting the FPO parcel ASAP.
nice if you can get it, all at retail SH expense.
i presume we have to consider further dilution if another 90m options convert to FPO into the future?
doesnt seem like a friendly environment for retail investors!
