There's a message in every message Banana. Perhaps Stuart was the man for pre construction works with HATCH and not so for the very demanding - challenging 3 year Nolan's delivery on time and budget - AND - scale up to full production as Tommie has previously delivered. Just my take and a very favorable one the way I see it - also surely Gina had to rubber stamp it and it had obviously been well discussed previously.
VBW Tommie - Central Australia will feel like home - not so for some of our soft Aussies these days.
