The data is good, very good in fact. Management are being opportunistic and raising now when there’s interest in the stock instead of later when who knows how the primary market is operating.

I did expect an extra month or two before a raise but I’m not going to sit here and sook about it. Reality is we are invested in an R&D company who has a big cash burn, so you should be considering this risk when doing your DD. Signing a license and finding someone to play ball with is a lot harder than the common man thinks it is.
