As a long time holder of CST I know they adopt a very conservative approach to issuing press releases'.
Just that to my way of think the announcement is of "material" interest to investors.
Guess all comes down to a matter of interpretation of just what constitutes "developments that may have a material impact" and warrant formal release to the market
