Moo, there are too many unknowns to put a price target on TZ by the end of 2011 - operationally and corporate. The sp could literally be anything. 10c or $5. This is the whole problem when potential investors look at TZ. We need to move away from offering an investment as a punt. Clarity is needed. I'm sure when this clarity is eventually provided, the share price will move for better or worse.
